Things to note :

  1. Pay attention to the procedures for writing names, numbers, titles, (capital letters / lowercase letters), and titles (make sure the title writing matches).
  2. Read the instructions for writing a publication authorization page.
  3. The authorization page will be printed based on the Google Form fields.
  4. Students may only ask for a one-time authorization sheet.
  5. A copy of the publication manuscript sheet will be sent to the student’s email.
