2nd Period of Judicium registration and Graduation files submission

Judicium

For students who have completed the thesis defence and already got the minutes of it, may submit the following Judicium enrollment for 2nd period of Academic Year of 2020/2021, during this period :

November 7th-12th, 2020

Procedure:

  1. Students fill in the link http://bit.ly/PendaftaranYudisiumFFUMS
  2. Students upload a folder (upload folder feature on Google drive) to the link http://bit.ly/BerkasYudisium-FFUMS with the format “Period2_StudentID_Name_AC (Academic counselors)”. Example: Period2_K100160100_Rohyan Al Hani_Setyo Nurwaini

The files that must be uploaded are: KRS, Transcript, Free Lab, Thesis minutes, TOEFL Score from LC UMS.

Graduation File

Process:

  1. Students register via https://wisuda.ums.ac.id/
  2. Students pay graduation fees.
  3. The student gives a Graduation Payment receipt to the Pharmacy’s front office to be exchanged by a real Yellow folder.
  4. Students complete the file and validate it to the Pharmacy’s front office (after validating at LPIDB & Library first).
  5. TU counters will submit evidence that they have validated at the Faculty level.
