We annouced the access code to be joined for your mid-term exam. Please kindly join the code before Sunday November 8th, 2020 at 08:00. After that time, we will reset the code, and you should contact the lecturer to get the new code and join to the subject.
Be aware with rule of account naming !
Here, code of conduct for mid-term exam :
- E-UTS will be held on November 9-20 according to the schedule that has been validated through the account star.ums.ac.id of each course participant (MK).
- Exam participants MUST ensure the availability of facilities and personal readiness to be able to do e-UTS online.
- Test takers MUST ensure that they have joined and can have access to the courses (MK) tested on the Schoology or Open Learning application.
- The Schoology access code will be announced later through the website farmasi.ums.ac.id. Participants are requested to join immediately, using the access code that has been informed with adeadline maximum of Sunday, November 8 2020 at 08:00. The access code will be reset after this time limit for administrative checking purposes by the committee.
- The default test-takers Login is, First Name: Full Name, Last Name: NIM (without brackets and other accessories).
Example:
Full name: Fulanah binti Fulan
Student’s ID Number: K10017000
then the participant login is Fulanah binti Fulan K10017000
Test-takers who do not comply with the identity of the examinees will be deleted / removed from the course.
6. Participants who have joined the course, MUST upload the exam card in Schoology to each courses in the assignment-part which has been provided . The deadline for uploading the Exam Card in each Course is Sunday, November 8th, 2020 at 08:00. The test card can be downloaded independently by participants through the account of each participant at star.ums.ac.id
7. The process of uploading the Test Card is MANDATORY to be able to access the Exam Questions.
8. Exam questions for each subject being tested will be broadcast according to the schedule validated by BAA.
9. The deadline for collecting exam results follows the setting time for each course. Please pay attention to the submission deadline for each course.
10. If there are problems during the exam related to access to questions / exam work, please immediately contact the course lecturer BEFORE the exam session ended. If communication is made AFTER the exam session has ended, it will be IGNORED.
Congratulations on preparing the UTS, hopefully you will get satisfying results. Students should follow the updated information related to e-UTS through the website farmasi.ums.ac.id.
